Global Positioning System:
The GPS (Global Positioning System) shows the current location of the vehicles and employees. This helps in collecting information about the timeliness of the vehicle movement during the operation hours. This also helps in tracking the vehicle which ensures safety in employee transportation.
RFID Card Reader
Radio Frequency Identification Enabled Cards:
Enabling Employee ID cards in integration to the RFID card readers, will monitor employee actual pick up time and location versus the planned as per the roaster, and helps in managing No Show. Which inturn helps the client to plan their floor strength and service deliver needs. IT also helps in cost analysis per day/per month / per employee. This helps to monitor the in-time and out-time of the employees. In case of any emergencies, the employees can use the emergency option in the RFID card reader in the car which alerts our experts and immediate action is taken.
Routing & Scheduling
Routing and Scheduling:
With this technology, our experts will geo code the transport users, generate the optimum routes based on the schedules of the employees. Optimum information is also derived based on the different vehicles and their respective specifications. This technology helps achieve on-time departures and arrivals for the given set of employees based on their shifts and Locations.
